Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on the investigation of suitable methods for image processing of wire winding on a coil. Both appropriate processing techniques, the appropriate type and method of lighting, and the type of cameras are explored. The goal of this work will be to design and evaluate a suitable algorithm that processes the image into the desired form. Digital camera for machine vision from the HIKROBOT company is used to verify and test the proposed methods. The Python programming language is used to work with the image and camera.
