Abstract

The subject of my bachelors work is the description and analysis of information systems used at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic from the user’s viewpoint. I have selected this subject because information systems in state administration are important part of the present days, both from the view of organization employees and also from the perspective of a regular customer coming into contact with this organization. The result of my work is a general description of standards for a solution and design of an information system in selected departments, evaluation of their performance level, comparison with other standards used in state administration, assessment all possible risks from failure of meeting the standards, and recommendation for modifications.
