Analýza vnitropodnikových směrnic ve vybrané obchodní společnosti

Abstract

Podstatou této bakalářské práce je analýza vnitropodnikových směrnic ve vybrané obchodní společnosti. Teoretická část práce popisuje význam, náležitosti vnitropodnikových směrnic, jaký je vztah mezi směrnicemi a legislativou. Dále obsahuje základní směrnice, společně se stručnou charakteristikou, které by měla mít každá obchodní společnost. Praktická část je složena z analýzy a zhodnocení směrnic, které ve vybrané společnosti existují a z návrhů nových směrnic, které tato společnost nemá, ale budou pro ni přínosem v budoucnu.

The essence of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of internal guidelines in a selected business company. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the importance, requirements of internal guidelines, what is the relationship between the guidelines and legislation. It also contains basic guidelines, together with a brief characteristic that every company should have. The practical part consists of the analysis and evaluation of the guidelines that exist in the selected company and the proposals for new guidelines that the company does not have, but will be beneficial for the future.
