Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the remuneration system in selected manufacturing company. In the first part is the general issues are discussed, each key concepts such as human resources, wage and payroll system, evaluation of work or research methods. All of these elements have an important affect not only on employees, but also on the company. The next part focuses on practical application that describes the selected company. In particular, its organizational structure, history, program production and manpower. The following section analyzes the current situation in the remuneration system of the company. Are discussed here used form of wages, the amount and structure, and is used a survey in here. This analysis follows the final part of the proposals and recommendations to optimize the current system.
