Integrovaný Facility management a jeho využití při správě majetku

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on describing facility management service development. Theoretical part is describing the development and standardisation of the facility management area in Czech Republic and also over the world. Describing current state in area of the software support. Performs summarisation of all available technical and legal regulations, which are focusing on this matter. Is dedicated to the matter of real estate and data management. In the second practical area presents an application model performed on a given building (complex) utilising effective measures. The thesis concludes with a description of methods in the management and economic evaluation of financial savings.
