Zhodnocení zadávání veřejných zakázek malého rozsahu v podmínkách vybraného města

Abstract

The bachelor thesis „Evaluation of Small-Scale Public Procurement Entering in Terms of the Selected Town“ focuses on a comparative analysis of the condition and development of property and its renewal based on the example of the selected town. Its aim is to evaluate acquisition and renewal of the property of Bystřice pod Hostýnem by means of small-scale public procurement in terms of selected indicators for the period 2012 – 2016. The results showed that the largest proportion of realized small-scale public procurement entered by the town of Bystřice pod Hostýnem is for construction works, out of which investments in the area of buildings with services for inhabitants and in the area of communications and public lighting represent the largest proportion. This is in fact the role of the town of Bystřice pod Hostýnem. From the point of view of growing financial amount of small-scale public procurement for construction works we can conclude that the town of Bystřice pod Hostýnem continuously looks after the development of its property and it is a good manager in relation to its property.
