Abstract
This thesis deals with prevention and preparedness for major industrial accidents, acquaints readers with the formation of the general structure of the external emergency plan and prepared a risk analysis around a propane and butane storage facility. The resulting document is an external emergency plan around a propane and butane storage facility. Finally, evaluates the attitudes in resolving this issue in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic.
