Abstract

This diploma thesis aims to develop a design for the construction of the TJ Slezan sports club facilities, focusing on water piping system, sewerage and the heating of the building. The thesis is composed of two main parts: Construction part and Technical Equipment of the building part which contains the design of water piping, sewerage and the building heating. On the first floor you can find the hygienic facilities for athletes and a sports equipment store rooms. On the second floor a gym for the members of the athletics club and the administrative facilities are situated. The building has a flat roof. In the Technical Equipment of the building part the project of the internal water piping, the internal sewerage of the building, drainage and the heating of the building is designed. The design of the water piping and rain sewerage includes a system for the reusing of rainwater. A gas condensing boiler will be the source of heat.
