Bytový dům v nízkoenergetickém standardu

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je návrh bytového domu v nízkoenergetickém standardu, který klade důraz na kvalitní obálku budovy, nízké náklady na vytápění a ohřev teplé vody. Vytápění a ohřev teplé vody bude zajišťovat tepelné čerpadlo vzduch – voda. Jako sekundární zdroj pro ohřev teplé vody bude navržen solární systém.

V rámci diplomové práce je zpracováno vyhodnocení tepelně technických požadavků na stavební konstrukce a budovu. Jedná se o komplexní posouzení jednotlivých stavebních konstrukcí a budovy jako celku z hlediska funkčnosti a spolehlivosti navržených stavebních detailů a skladeb, energetické náročnosti budovy a její následné zatřídění (viz Průkaz energetické náročnosti budovy).

Dále je řešeno denní osvětlení a proslunění bytového domu a vliv navrhované stavby na zastínění okolní zástavby. Posledním bodem je ekonomické porovnání dvou koncepcí zajištění energie pro vytápění a ohřev teplé vody. Součástí diplomové práce je také projektová dokumentace stavební části navrhovaného bytového domu, obsahující technickou zprávu a výkresovou dokumentaci.

Projektová dokumentace je zpracována dle platných norem a v souladu s platnou legislativou České republiky.

The objective of the Master Thesis is the design of a residential building in the low-energy standard, which focuses primarily on the quality of the heat-preserving „envelope“ of the building, low-cost heating and warming hot water. Heating and warming hot water will be provided by the heat pump air - water. A solar system is to be designed as a secondary source for obtaining hot water.

The Master Thesis presents an evaluation of the technical requirements for building construction and the idea of building from the thermal perspective. It is a comprehensive assessment of the various building structures and building as a whole in terms of functionality and reliability of the proposed construction details, tracking energetic effectivity of the building and its subsequent classification (see the energy „performance“ certificate of the building).

Furthermore, the thesis deals with apartment building in terms of utilizing daylight and the impact of the proposed construction of casting shade in the location. The last point is an economic comparison of the two energy-providing concepts for heating and warming hot water. A significant part of the Master Thesis is dedicated to an account of the project documentation of the proposed family home,which comprises the technical report and the design documentation.

Project documentation has been processed according to valid standards and in accordance with valid legislation of the Czech Republic.
