Abstract
This thesis focuses on consumer behaviour analysis on the household products market. Aim is to describe consumers behaviour on the household products market with focus on factors which could affect consumers choice. Further the thesis focus on products of Tescoma. Target of this research is to find out what factors affect the consumers most, what pattern of decision making use, which products of Tescoma consumers shop the most, or how frequently the buy household products and also what experience they have with those products. The practical part was realized through online questionnaire survey.
