Zhodnocení elektronizace katastrálního úřadu

Abstract

The main objective of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the digitalization of the Cadastral Office for the Moravian-Silesian Region and its departments in the period 2018-2022. A sub-objective is to evaluate the performance of individual cadastral departments in selected legal agendas. On the basis of the results of the bachelor thesis it is possible to evaluate the performance of individual cadastral offices, the contribution of digitization and to evaluate the computerization of selected agendas of the Cadastral Office for the Moravian-Silesian Region. The main source of data for the bachelor thesis is the data provided by the Cadastral Office for the Moravian-Silesian Region according to Act No. 106/1999 Coll. Selected scientific methods are applied in the thesis, especially analysis and comparison in processing the examined indicators and methods of basic descriptive statistics. It was found that in the period under review there was a significant reduction in the number of proceedings of the agenda of providing data from the cadastre of real estate by 45%. Furthermore, it was found that the percentage of digital forms of submissions is still increasing from 39% in 2018 to 47% in 2022. Also, on the part of the Cadastral Office, there is a gradual increase in the number of submissions in digital form during the period under review, specifically from 29% in 2018 to 35% in 2022.
