Laboratorní úloha na zpracování biosignálů pro výuku Virtuální instrumentace v biomedicínském inženýrství

Abstract

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the design and software implementation of laboratory exercises for teaching the course Virtual Instrumentation in Biomedical Engineering using the LabVIEW environment and the PLUX BITalino platform. The outcome of the thesis consists of four laboratory exercises focused on the measurement and processing of Electrocardiography, Electromyography and Electroencephalography signals and accelerometer data. The implemented algorithms enable noise suppression, R-peak detection, calculation of heart rate variability (HRV), and decomposition of brain waves into specific frequency bands. The thesis also includes sample assignments including laboratory protocols, and documentation, which together form a comprehensive teaching aid for students.
