Podstatou této diplomové práce je zhotovení části stavební projektového dokumentace sportovní haly pro stavební povolení. Objekt je rozdělen na halovou část, ve které se nachází hlavní sportovní plocha a na část zděné přístavby, ve které se nachází zázemí haly a bufet. Jedná se o podsklepený objekt, který je ukončen dvěma pultovými střechami. Ve sportovní hale se jedná o skeletový konstrukční prefabrikovaný systém zhotovený firmy Prefa Brno, přístavba je tvořena zděnou konstrukcí. Obvodový plášť sportovní haly je zděný, zateplený kontaktním zateplovacím systémem, přístavba je opláštěna provětrávanou fasádou. Technologická část práce se věnuje variantnímu řešení stropní konstrukce nad administrativní částí sportovní haly. Součástí je také zpracovaný položkový rozpočet, technologický postup provádění vybrané varianty a cenové porovnání variantního řešení.

The essence of this thesis is to make part of the building project documentation of the sports hall for building permit. The building is divided into a hall part, where the main sports area is located, and a part of the brick extension, where the hall and buffet are located. It is a basement building, which is terminated by two shed roofs. In the sports hall it is a prefabricated skeletal construction system made by Prefa Brno, the extension is made of brick construction. The cladding of the sports hall is brick, insulated with a contact thermal insulation system, the extension is clad with a ventilated facade. The technological part of the thesis deals with the alternative solution of the ceiling structure above the administrative part of the sports hall. It also includes an elaborated itemized budget, technological procedure of implementation of the selected variant and price comparison of the variant solution.
