Abstract
The content of this work is to make a marketing plan for a football club in the 1 Football League, the highest Czech competition. It is a top club in this competition and the Baník Ostrava. As the preceding sentence suggests, is a professional club and his main interest is placed on the highest rungs of the table and ensure the participation in European cups. This work is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part shows explanations of key concepts such as defining the marketing of the SWOT analysis, marketing, sports marketing, marketing planning, marketing mix. The practical part is the club itself, its marketing plans, the club's strengths and weaknesses of the proposal and possible alternatives.
