Proces auditu ve společnosti Hannah Czech a.s.

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce „Proces auditu ve společnosti Hannah Czech a.s.” je popsat postup auditu při ověřování účetní závěrky společnosti. První část je zaměřena na obecnou charakteristiku auditu, význam auditu a právní úpravu auditu v České republice. Druhá část je zaměřena na popis samotného auditu a jsou zde popsány všechny jeho fáze. V poslední části je popsán průběh auditu ve vybrané společnosti.

The goal of the submitted thesis „Audit Process in the Company Hannah Czech a.s.” is to describe audit process in verification of financial statements. The first part is focused on general characterization of an audit, importance of an audit and legal regulations of an audit in Czech Republic. The second part is focused on description audit itself and all phases on an audit. And in the final part is description audit process in the chosen company.
