Abstract

This thesis deals with description of secondary accessimg of second-class forest hauling roads. These roads are marked L2. New segments of forest hauling roads are designed to the existing forest transportation network using GIT. The problem was solved in ArcGIS software and it was divided into two parts. The first step marks out the parts of the forest that are accessible through the existing network of roads. The second step designs new road segments.
