Abstract
The diploma work is about possibilities of integration of requirements of SEVESO II
and IPPC Directives for the needs of small and medium enterprises. In first chapter, directives IPPC and SEVESO II are described and compared. Second chapter is about implementation of directives to the Czech law system and about law acts, which was established by this implementation. This law acts are compared as well. Next chapter is about dangerous
and pollutant substances in context of directives SEVESO II and IPPC. In last chapters, integration of directives on European and Czech levels is described. Last chapters looks into current state of integration at regional offices and operators, which are under efficiency
of both directives.
