Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of consumer behavior in the market of video streaming platforms. The thesis examines the level of knowledge of providers, suitable devices for monitoring VOD content, price sensitivity and the importance of criteria in selecting a suitable platform. For the purpose of this thesis, a quantitative data collection through an online questionnaire was chosen. Respondents were then identified according to demographic criteria. The work contains recommendations for regular and potential users, but also for streaming service providers.
