Analýza konkurenceschopnosti soukromých předškolních zařízení v Moravskoslezském kraji

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the competitiveness of private preschools in the Moravian-Silesian Region. The main goal of the diploma thesis is to perform an analysis of the competitiveness of selected preschool facilities and to determine their competitive advantages. The sub-goals of the work are the creation of a PEST analysis, evaluation of the competition using the benchmarking method, assessment of the provided services in the form of a questionnaire survey and the final preparation of the obtained data using a SWOT analysis.
