Úprava procesů získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve vybrané firmě

Abstract

The theme of bachelor thesis is modification of employees' recruitment and selection processes in a selected firm. The first part focuses on the theoretical information processed through literature. There are described individual processes and methods of the issue. Next part deals with the characteristics of the firm, its history, products of the firm and analysis staff. The following chapter analyzes the processes and questionnaire survey. The final section discusses the proposals and recommendations in selected parts of the process of recruitment and selection of employees, which lead to modifying and improvement processes.
