Předmětem této bakalářské práce je problematika manažerského rozhodování v organizaci. V teoretické části autor popisuje vývoj a nejznámější styly manažerského rozhodování. V praktické části se autor zaměřuje na konkrétní model. Vysvětluje postup situační analýzy na modelových situacích v podniku.

The subjekt of this thesis is the isme of managerial decision making in the organization. In the theoretical part, the author describes the development and well-known styles of managerial decision making. In the practical part, the author focuses on a specific model.
