Identifikace příležitostí a hrozeb firmy Exit Game

Abstract

The main point of my work was analyzed how it goes in external environment of exit game company. To identify its opportunities and threats. To find out if it is the right time for these companies to grow now. In this thesis mainly PEST analysis was used and Porters model of five competitive forces. I theoretical explained the methods in first part and then I applied them into external environment of the company. There was twice more opportunities than threats found out so it tells that right now is perfect time for exit game to grow. Also there was used a questionnaire to find out if there is an interest in exit games and how the extension should maybe look like. The main fact of this work is fact that there is bigger and bigger interest in exit games at this point and the situation for its development is very positive. This thesis helped to the further development of the company.
