Abstract

The diploma thesis consists in the design of the building constructional solutions of the administrative building, including the design of the heating system, the preparation of hot water and the design of forced ventilation. A low-temperature heating system using condensation technology, which is supplemented by forced ventilation with a regenerative brake, which ensures considerable savings during the heating season, was designed for this building. The preparation of hot water is solved using an external store tank, which uses thermal gains from the heating and solar systems. The diploma thesis is composed of three parts, the building part, the part of the central heating and the part of forced ventilation. The building part includes a drawing documentation, a technical report and listings of compositions of constructions and floors. The part of the central heating contains a drawing documentation with a technical report, including the supplements of thermal techniques, the loss calculations, the designs of radiators and convectors and other necessary materials for the design of the preparation of hot water. The part of forced ventilation includes drawing documentation with a technical report, including the supplements of the design of a ventilation system for the administrative building.
