Abstract

OSIPAVA, V. Polyfunctional house in Ostrava: Bachelor thesis. Ostrava: VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, 60 pages, 2018, Bachelor thesis supervisor: Ing. arch. Kateřina Riedlová, Ph.D. A content of my thesis is focused on project documentation for building a family house in Klimkovice. This project documentation was preceded by making an architectural study of building. The architectural study was proposed in school project of subject Ateliérová tvorba I from year 2014/2015. The object is designed to be situated on a slope located in the area of the construction. The house is divided into three basic elevation levels according to use – entrance, private and social space. It is intended for a family of four. The building is completed with a winter garden. The thesis is divided on textual and drawing part. The textual part is focused on accompanying documentation and technical report of building. The drawing part is completed by architectural detail.
