Abstract

This bachelor work dissertate about the family house for family contains 2 adults and 2 children. There is guest room in the house too.

The house is situated on slightly steep land nearby Bystřice nad Olší. On the north site of the lot there is forest. These two things are essential for a concept of the house.

The building owner wants functional structured house with emphasis to segregation of private area and public area. Whole project is in sign of modern architecture based on austere style and new modern materials.

This bachelor work meets the project documentation for building construction according to valid legislature of the Czech republic.
