Abstract

Purpose of this thesis is to evaluate emergency management within the Czech Republic Police Force - an Integrated Rescue System constitutor - focusing on its plans of concrete activity. According to a general evaluation, Plan of measures of the Czech Republic Police Force - District department in Prostějov, to ensure public order and safety, will be designed. This plan will contain specification and description of measures, accepted and executed in response to an extraordinary event. It will make responding to such an event easier, quicker and more effective for the members of the Czech Police district department in Prostějov.
