Plzeň - územní studie rozvojové lokality B7-Mohylová

Abstract

Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je návrh využití dané lokality pro účely bydlení a občanského vybavení. Práce obsahuje urbanistický návrh území ve dvou variantách s ohledem na začlenění navržené zástavby do okolí. Výsledkem práce je podrobné řešení vybrané varianty spočívající ve zpracování dopravního řešení a řešení technické infrastruktury v lokalitě a napojení na stávající dopravní a technickou infrastrukturu. Součástí práce je rovněž orientační propočet finančních nákladů na realizaci.

This bachelor thesis presents a design study on the construction of public facilities in the area B7-Mohylova. Two urban designs are considered taking the inclusion of the proposed buildings in the area into account. One of the considered urban designs is selected and a detailed solution is proposed. The detailed solution consists in proposing new transport and technical infrastructures in the area, and connecting them to existing ones. An approximate calculation of financial costs is also included in the thesis.
