Fundamentální analýza ČEZ, a. s.

Abstract

This graduation thesis deals with the fundamental analysis of stock title. The second part focuses on the theoretical basis of fundamental analysis. The third part is focused on the evaluation of global factors that affect the value of the stock exchange. Within the framework of global analysis such individual macroeconomic quantities are defined that can influence the development of the ČEZ Company. Furthermore, the goal is to analyse the energy industry in the Czech Republic and the last part is concerned with the influence of corporate factors on the intrinsic value of the stock, if the stock is undervalued or overvalued. At the end of my thesis there is the overall assessment based on my fundamental analysis and presentation of investment recommendations.
