Abstract

The aim of this thesis is the modernization of the company IP telephony network and finding a new centralized provisioning solution. The existing solution has been analyzed in detail and then I was looking for the possibility of new device requirements. The new solution provides wider capabilities for endpoint management and proactive monitoring. The solution includes tracking overrides in device configuration and statistical usage of the device. The result of this thesis is the simplified new way how to manage new Polycom conferencing devices without the manual actions for individual devices
