Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on financial analysis of the company. The aim of the diploma thesis is first to define the basic concepts and methods of financial analysis in the theoretical part and then to apply these methods to selected companies in the practical part. Financial analysis is performed using absolute indicators, ratios and bankruptcy models. Then the financial health and stability of the company is evaluated. Based on these results, a proposal of measures to improve the financial situation and stability of the analyzed company is created.
