Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to identify and recommend company MEDIApack spol. s.r.o. owner the optimal solution to the problem of reorganization of production. To solve the managerial problem were used multi-criteria decision making methods. In the theoretical part of the thesis are defined important knowledge of decision theory, structure and the different stages of the decision-making process. In the practical part of the thesis is followed by various stages of the decision-making proces. In the next step is executed decision analysis and on the basis of their results determine the optimal variant of the problem. In the concluding part are compared and evaluated the results of the methods of managerial decision-making.
