Abstract

The subject of my bachelor work is to work out project of block of flats. Construction of block of flats is designed as brick system Heluz. Block of flats is designed with half subbasement and with 3 upper floors. First part of my work is concerned to designing of drawing documentation according Enclosure no.1 of Public Decree of the Government 499/2006. This part is divided into Technical report and drawing documentation. In the second part is solved construction methods providing on site. Content of the construction method part is to work out technological procedures of bricklaying and fabrication of ceiling structure made of Heluz system, costing and design of construction site installations. Time scheduling is explained in time schedule of building.
