Abstract

The goal of bachelor thesis is a comparison securing of loans and amount of loans for certain products which is provided without securing, namely at the three largest banks operating in the Czech Republic – Česká spořitelna, ČSOB, Komerční banka. The theoretical part describes the general obligations, securing instruments and lending process. In the practical part are compared securing instruments used by individual banks, particularly in personal, business and mortgage loans. At the individual loans are further compared amount of purpose (home loan) and non-purpose loans provided without securing. Bachelor thesis can be used by people that are going to borrow money, especially creditworthy loan applicants who are interested in a loan without security.
