Návrh systému odvodu kouře a tepla v tunelu

Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on the tunnel smoke and heat extraction system. In the introduction the thesis deals with the tragic accidents in tunnels which happened in the past. It is followed by the development of legislation and standards that specify the demands on the tunnel ventilation. The main part of the thesis in focused on the comprehensive issues of tunnel ventilation and the particular systems and the most used technical devices for smoke and heat extraction are described. The aim of this thesis is the determination of the principles and procedures during the selection of the appropriate concept of ventilation system. These principles were applied to the fictional tunnel at the end of the thesis.
