Zhodnocení vývoje likvidity a zadluženosti stavební firmy

Abstract

Bakalářská práce zhodnocuje vývoj likvidity a zadluženosti společnosti ve stavebním odvětví v letech 2010 – 2014. Skládá se z teoretické a praktické části.

V teoretické části je definována podstata finanční analýzy, její účel a uživatelé. Dále jsou popsány zdroje informací pro výpočet finanční analýzy a základní metody finanční analýzy

spolu se způsobem srovnání jejich výsledků. Závěr této části je věnován poměrové analýze, konkrétně ukazatelům likvidity a zadluženosti.

V praktické části jsou uvedeny základní informace, historie a produkty vybrané společnosti, včetně organizační struktury a dosažených ocenění. Následuje zhodnocení prostřednictvím vertikální a horizontální analýzy rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztráty. Dále se praktická část zabývá zhodnocením vývoje ukazatelů likvidity a zadluženosti. Jelikož má zadluženost společnosti vlivem finanční páky velice úzkou vazbu na ukazatele rentability, je společně s rozkladem celkové zadluženosti a likvidity proveden i rozklad rentability vlastního kapitálu. V rámci tohoto rozkladu jsou vyčísleny odchylky a vysvětleny vlivy dílčích ukazatelů. Nakonec jsou shrnuty výsledky finanční analýzy s největší konkurenční společností a s průměrnými výsledky v odvětví.

The bachelor thesis evaluates the development of liquidity and indebtedness of a company in the construction industry in years 2010 – 2014. It consists of theoretical and practical part.

In the theoretical part there is defined the nature of the financial analysis, its purpose and users. Further the sources of information for calculating the financial analysis and basic methods of financial analysis together with the way of the comparison of the results are described. The end of this part is dealing with analysis of ratios, namely indicators of liquidity and indebtedness.

The practical part contains basic information, history and products of the chosen company, including its organizational structure and achieved awards. It is followed by evaluation by the means of vertical and horizontal analysis of balance sheet and profit and loss statement. Furthermore, the practical part deals with evaluation of the development of the indicators of liquidity and indebtedness. Because the company’s indebtedness has due to the financial leverage very close link to the indicator of profitability, together with disintegration of total indebtedness and liquidity the disintegration of profitability of equity capital is done. Within this disintegration the deviations are expressed in numbers and the influences of partial indicators are explained. Finally, the results of the financial analysis with the biggest competitor and with average results in the industry are summarized.
