Využití a tvorba krizových scénářů v organizacích

Abstract

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to create a method for the development of non-economic crisis scenarios. Terms method, extraordinary events and crisis are explained in chapter 2. Hereafter the thesis focuses on the scenario itself. Chapter 3 focuses on scenarios and crisis scenarios. Chapter 4 describes the process of development of the crisis scenario from acquiring sources for the development to content of the scenario and reasons for the content. The final chapter pursues the description of applicability of the crisis scenarios. Attachments of this thesis are a model of the crisis scenario and the method for the development of non-economic crisis scenarios.
