Diplomová práce je zaměřena na posouzení výkonnosti výrobního družstva Irisa dle vybraných metod. Vybranými metodami pro hodnocení výkonnosti výrobního družstva Irisa jsou metoda Balanced Scorecard a strategická analýza, konkrétně metody externí analýzy, kterými jsou Pest analýza a Porterův model pěti konkurenčních sil. Na základě zjištěných poznatků jsou formulovány návrhy a doporučení, které by mohly vést ke zvýšení výkonnosti, prosperitě a úspěšnosti družstva.

Abstract

This thesis is focused on the evaluation of performance production cooperative Irisa in accordance to the specific methods. The methods selected for this assessment of performance of production cooperative Irisa are the method Balanced Scorecard and strategic analysis, specifically methods of an external analysis, that is Pest analysis and Porter´s model of five competitive forces. There are suggestions and recommendations which are formulated based on the findings and could lead to an increase of performance, prosperity and success of the production cooperative.
