| dc.description.abstract | Článek představuje jednu z možných variant určování prvků
regionální kritické infrastruktury, která je založena na transformaci
průřezových kritérií pro určení prvků kritické infrastruktury
vyšších úrovní (evropské a národní). V úvodní části článku
jsou prezentována stěžejní východiska určování prvků kritické
infrastruktury. Nosnou částí příspěvku je objasnění problematiky
transformace stávajících průřezových kritérií na regionální úroveň.
Pozornost je věnována dopadu na veřejnost, ekonomickému
dopadu s důrazem na hrubý domácí produkt a v neposlední řadě
také ztrátám na životech. V závěru článku jsou zvažována veškerá
pozitiva a možná negativa implementace předkládané varianty do
praxe regionálních samosprávných celků. | cs |

| dc.description.abstract-en | The paper presents one of the possible variants of determining
the regional level of the critical infrastructure elements, which
is based on the transformation of the cross-cutting criteria for
determining the critical infrastructure elements at higher levels
(European and national). In the fi rst part, the paper presents basics
of determining critical infrastructure elements. The crucial part
of this paper is to clarify the issue of transformation the existing
cross-cutting criteria to the regional level. Attention is paid
to the society impact, economic impact, with accent to gross
domestic product and loss of life too. Finally, the paper takes
into consideration all positives and negatives of implementation
that may the presented variant bring to the practice of regional
