| dc.description.abstract | Příspěvek je zaměřený na systém spolupráce a koordinace
činností nestátních neziskových organizací při mimořádných
událostech a krizových stavech, který je označovaný jako Panel
nestátních neziskových organizací. Je hodnocen současný stav
řešeného problému v jednotlivých krajích České republiky.
Zkoumání a refl exe tématiky je uskutečněna pomocí SWOT
analýzy a dále kvalitativním šetřením. Činnost Panelu nestátních
neziskových organizací je řešena v oblasti spolupráce s hasičským
záchranným sborem kraje a krajem. | cs |

| dc.description.abstract-en | The paper is focused on the system of cooperation and
coordination of non-governmental and not-for-profi t organizations
when coping with emergency events and crisis situations, called
as the Panel of non-governmental and not-for-profi t organizations.
The current situation of the issue mentioned above is evaluated
here concerning every single region in the Czech Republic. The
research and refl ection of the issue are done by means of the
SWOT analysis and qualitative survey. The activity of the Panel
of non-governmental and not-for-profi t organizations is dealt with
the cooperation of the Fire Rescue Service of the Region and the
