v oblasti informovanosti obyvatel. V zásadě je potřeba rozdělit tuto
oblast na informování na preventivní (tj. v době normálního provozu

represivní (tj. : krizovou komunikaci, jejíž součástí je předávání
informací v době vzniku, řešení a likvidace následků mimořádné

of occurrence, solutions and tackling the effects of an emergency.
Nevertheless, this category might include also public early warning
