| dc.description.abstract | Vstupem do nové znalostní společnosti se dostáváme do stádia,
kdy je kladen hlavní důraz na inovace, učení a tvorbu nových
poznatků. Tyto fenomény vyžadují, aby uživatelům byly
předávány odpovídající znalosti a ty je správně a v dostatečné
míře využívali - tímto směrem je řízen i náš výzkum zaměřený
na management znalostí.
Znalostní systém BOZP je řešen v rámci projektu „Management
znalostí - podmínka úspěšného řízení BOZP“, který je součástí
Výzkumného záměru VÚBP a je zařazen v sekci Informace,
vzdělávání. Jeho řešení bylo rozvrženo na léta 2004 až 2010. | cs |

| dc.description.abstract-en | By entering into a new knowledge-based society we reach the
stage when the main emphasis is put on innovations, learning
and creation of new knowledge. These phenomena demand that
relevant knowledge is given to users who utilize the knowledge
correctly and sufficiently – thus our research is orientated towards
knowledge management as well.
The OSH knowledge-based system is dealt with in the frame of
project “Knowledge Management – Condition of OSH Successful
Management” that is part of research plan of Occupational
Safety Research Institute and is included in section Information,
Education. Solving the problems was planned for 2004 - 2010. | cs |
