| dc.description.abstract | Příspěvek popisuje experimenty zaměřené na modelování šíření biologických agens v reálných situacích z běžného života. Jejich hlavním cílem bylo prověřit možnost vzniku a šíření bioaerosolu. Podrobněji jsou popsány experimenty věnované vzniku bioaerosolu pomocí nástražného výbušného systému. Tyto experimenty se uskutečnily v kancelářské budově a v autobuse hromadné dopravy. V příspěvku je uvedeno porovnání s podobnými pokusy zaměřenými na šíření bioaerosolu vzniklého prostým uvolněním biologického agens v cílovém prostoru. | cs |

Main aim of experiments was to explore the possibility of bio-aerosol development and its spread. In detail are described experiments directed to bioaerosol development through concealed explosive device. Experiments were conducted in the office building and in the bus of public transport.
