| dc.description.abstract | Příspěvek je zaměřen na problematiku pěší evakuace obyvatelstva, jako jednoho z možných způsobů provádění evakuace z prostoru
ohroženého mimořádnou událostí. Klasifi kuje prostředky pro přepravu v rámci evakuace a uvádí jejich výhody a nevýhody použití. Dále rozebírá možné případy uplatnění pěší evakuace, přitom klade důraz na faktory, jež ovlivňují plánování a realizaci této evakuace.V neposlední řadě se zaobírá základními aspekty tohoto způsobu evakuace a hodnotí výsledky provedeného experimentu v této oblasti. | cs |

| dc.description.abstract-en | The paper is focused on the issue of on-foot evacuation of population as one of the possible ways of evacuation from the area affected by an emergency. It classifies the means of transport during evacuation and presents their advantages and disadvantages. It further discusses the cases when the evacuation on foot may be applied. It puts emphasis on the factors that influence planning and implementation of such evacuation. Finally, it deals with the fundamental aspects of this type of evacuation and evaluates the results of experiment carried out in this area. | cs |
