| dc.description.abstract | Dopady závažných chemických havárií a zejména prevence před nimi je v posledních letech jedním z důležitých témat k hledání účinných opatření, která jsou především preventivní. Ta jsou nezbytným nástrojem pro zabránění, nebo alespoň zmírnění případných havárií s únikem nebezpečných chemických látek a jejich dopadů. Příspěvek, na základě podrobné analýzy současného stavu, jak chemického průmyslu, tak ochrany obyvatelstva v České republice a vybraných státech Evropské unie, podává návrh možných opatření a doplnění, vedoucích ke zlepšení současné situace v souladu s legislativou. | cs |
