Identifikace bariér účasti studentů na univerzitních zahraničních mobilitách

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá identifikací bariér spojených s výjezdy studentů VŠB-TUO do zahraničí za účelem studia či pracovní stáže. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány jednotliví programy, díky nimž může student do zahraničí vyjet, definována je také spokojenost spotřebitele, faktory ovlivňující spotřebitelské chování a marketing školy. V praktické části jsou posouzeny a identifikovány bariéry, které brání studentům ve výjezdech.

The diploma thesis deals with the identification of barriers connected with mobility of students of VŠB-TUO who are going abroad to study or to do an internship. In the theoretical part, the individual programs that allow the student to go abroad are analyzed. Consumer satisfaction, factors influencing consumer behavior as well as school marketing is defined. In the practical part, barriers which prevent students from going abroad are assessed and identified.
