| dc.description.abstract | Motivovat občany k členství v jednotce dobrovolných hasičů
nemusí být vždy jednoduché, ale mít v obci funkční jednotku
požární ochrany má velice pozitivní dopad. Vyzbrojení jednotky
automatizovaným externím defibrilátorem (AED) může být
k členství motivujícím prvkem. Z tohoto důvodu jsme se rozhodli
zaměřit na tuto problematiku. Pomocí nestandardizovaného
dotazníku jsme zjišťovali, jaké překážky z vyzbrojení AED
pro jednotky vyplývají. Nejčastěji byla uváděna nekonzistence
v informacích o poskytování spotřebních součástí AED, nejasnosti
v „aktivaci“ AED potažmo jednotky a obavy o kompatibilitu
elektrod s defibrilátory ZZS. Osloveny byly dobrovolné jednotky
ve Středočeském kraji. Na základě zjištění jsme se navrhli možná
řešení, která mohou vést k zvýšení motivace být vyzbrojen AED
a sekundárně i k vstupu nových členů do jednotek. | cs |

difficult, but to the community it is advantageous to keep an
effective volunteer fire brigade. The ownership of automated
external defibrillator (AED) can be pursued as a motivation for
recruiting new members. For this reason we focused on this issue.
We used a non-standardized questionnaire to cover main problems
connected with the ownership and usage of AED. We addressed
volunteer fire brigades in the Central Bohemia Region. For
the community, it is beneficial to have an available AED. However,
in order to use it appropriately, we need motivated volunteers
willing to do so. A functional and effective volunteer fire brigade
can have a positive impact on managing emergencies (especially
fires). Our findings may increase the motivation of new volunteers
