Zhodnocení regionálních disparit a regionální politiky EU v Polsku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématikou regionálních disparit a regionální politiky Evropské unie. Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zhodnocení regionálních disparit a vývoje regionální politiky Evropské unie na území Polské republiky. První obsahová kapitola představuje základní teorii regionálního rozvoje, regionálních disparit a regionální politiky Evropské unie. Kapitola druhá podává informace o regionálním rozvoji na Polském území a charakterizuje polské regiony NUTS 2. V kapitole třetí jsou hodnoceny regionální disparity pomocí statisticko-matematických metod a metodou semaforu, v druhé části kapitoly je hodnocen vliv regionální politiky EU na rozvoj Polska mezi léta 2000-2017.

Bachelor thesis focuses on topic of regional disparities and EU regional policy. Aim of this Bachelor thesis is to evaluate regional disparities and effectiveness of EU regional policy in Poland. First chapter introduces reader to basic theory of regional development, regional disparities and EU regional policy. Second chapter informs reader about regional development of Polish territory and introduces him to specifics of Polish NUTS 2 regions. In the third chapter regional disparities between polish regions are evaluated by statistical-mathematical method and by the traffic light method. Second part of this chapter evaluates the effect of EU regional Policy on development of Poland during the period of years 2000-2017.
