Elektronické zdravotnictví na místní úrovni

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice eHealth. Vybrala jsem si toto téma, protože vývoj v eHealth je poměrně diskutované téma a jeho implementace je díky legislativě a skepsi lékařů prakticky a technicky náročná. Cílem práce je zhodnocení implementace eHealth v České republice. Je zde analyzován vývoj a současný stav v oblasti eHealth na našem území. Práce je rozdělena do 5 kapitol. První kapitola obsahuje úvod a druhá kapitola objasňuje pojmy z oblasti eHealth, popisuje jeho historii, legislativu, možné přístupy k němu, výhody a nevýhody pro všechny uživatele. Třetí kapitola zahrnuje statistickou část a analýzu dvou vybraných nemocnic, kterými jsou Fakultní nemocnice Ostrava a Městská nemocnice Ostrava. Ve 4. kapitole jsou zhodnoceny vybrané ukazatele eHealth a jejich zhodnoceni aplikované na vybraná nemocniční zařízení. V závěrečné kapitole jsou představeny návrhy a doporučení pro úspěšnou implementaci eHealth na lokální úrovni

This bachelor thesis deals with the issues of the eHealth. I have chosen this topic because the evolution of the eHealth is comparatively discussed and because of the legislation and scepticism of doctors the implementation is practically and technically very demanding. The aim of this bachelor thesis is the evaluation of implementation the eHealth in Czech Republic. This thesis analysis the development and the current state of eHealth in our territory. The thesis is divided into 5 chapters. The first chapter contains an introduction. The second one clarifies the concepts of eHealth, describes its history, legislation, possible approaches to it and the advantages and disadvantages for all users. The third chapter includes the statistical part and the analysis of two selected hospitals, which are the Ostrava university hospital and the City hospital of Ostrava. In the fourth chapter the selected eHealth indicators are evaluated and their evaluation is applied to selected hospital facilities. The final fifth chapter presents suggestions and recommendations for successful implementation of eHealth at the local level.
