Vliv materiálu extruderu 3D tiskárny na kvalitu 3D tisku

Abstract

The bachelor thesis analyzes the influence of the material of the 3D printer extruder on the quality of the final product. The experiment was carried out 3D printer Anet A2 with a brass, steel, and titanium nozzle of identical dimensions. Dimensional and shape accuracy, appearance, and also nozzle wear was determined as the main evaluation criteria of the printed model. The measurement criteria were mainly measured with an INTRACO MICRO microscope. The evaluation of the measured values showed significant differences between the nozzle materials. During the final evaluation of the quality after printing, various advantages and disadvantages of the used nozzle materials were identified, described, and evaluated.
