Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on the accuracy of the production of thin-walled profiles using additive SLM technology. The main goal is definitely whether there are parameters for production and it is really possible to print thin-walled profiles. We monitor important influences of laser power and scanning speed parameters. The result is the evaluation of samples, measurement of surface roughness and sample dimensions and estimates.
